When my family and I moved here to the Raleigh area we were in an apartment while we did some house searching. After months of viewing houses we liked from sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc it became clear to my husband and I we needed help. She is a bundle of information, she double checks every step in your process, even things that only you are responsible for, this woman has the CORRECT answer for every question I ever asked her before/during and after buying my house. If it wasn't for her I would not be in my house-when other people made mistakes she was there to right everything. I have dealt with other Real Estate people and NOBODY can measure up to Rose. If you are looking to move to North Carolina she is the only person you should call. Not only is Rose the best Real Estate I have ever met, I consider her a very good friend for life. It was not easy because we had quite the wish list: 4 BR house in Chapel Hill that had a garage, some acreage and room for a bar and a pool table...and of course it had to be within our price range. We were relocating from Miami so we did a lot online and narrowed down our choices during our 2 visits to NC. We had a contact on a house in about 3 weeks. Rosemary found us the perfect house and helped us through the financing and Inspections process all the way to closing.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home Rose is your person to call.
